Doctor / What seems to be the trouble?

Patient / My shoulders have been stiff recently.

医師 / どうなさいましたか？

患者 / このごろ肩こりがします。

Doctor / That's too bad. When did it start?

Patient / It started about a month ago.It seems to be getting worse,so I came here today.

医師 / それはいけませんね。いつから始まりましたか？

患者 / 1カ月ぐらい前からです。次第に悪くなってるような気がしたので今日来ました。

Doctor / Do you think it's related to your job?

Patient / I usually spend a lot of time doing computer programming.I suppose that's the main cause of my shoulder stiffness.

医師 / その症状はあなたのお仕事と関係すると思いますか？

患者 / 仕事の多くはコンピュータプログラミングです。それが主な原因だと思います。
