Doctor / What seems to be the trouble?

Patient / Well, I've been going to the toilet a lot recently.

医師 / どうなさいました？

患者 / 実は、この頃頻繁にトイレに行きたくなります。

Doctor / How often?

Patient / In the day time I don't have to go often,but sometimes I get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.

医師 / どれぐらい頻繁に行きますか？

患者 / 昼間はそんなに多くありませんが、夜中時々トイレに行きたくなり、めがさめます。

Doctor / I see. Do you have anything to drink before you go to bed?Beer ･･･？

Patient / I try not to, but unfortunately in spite of that, I sometimes have to go to the toilet.

医師 / そうですか。ところで、寝る前にビールとかお酒をのみますか？

患者 / できるだけのまないようにしています。でも残念ながら効果がありません。

知っておきたい豆知識

・トイレは「the toilet」、「the bathroom」、「the lavatory」が一般的。「the facilities」、「the comfort station」、主に女性用に「the ladies' room」、「the powder room」などというもって回った表現もあります。
